I'm selling my house in Australia so I can move to the Kempinski Nile Hotel in Cairo. This is, without doubt, the finest hotel I have ever stayed in, anywhere in the world - and I've stayed in many. The staff here are 10 stars for world class customer service, friendliness, and making you feel at home in their graceful hotel. Hotel people make all the difference, so let me name some of the wonderful staff I have come to know over my 10 day stay (apologies if I get your spelling wrong): Omar Fathy, Miriam Somir, Mina Malale, Mina Grgis, Ibrahiem and Youseff - these wonderful people who work in the The Blue restaurant staff have made breakfast time the highlight of each day. My wife and I are leaving today but we leave with a sad heart that we won't be seeing these warm and inviting people each morning. Thank you my friends for your hospitality, delicious food and good humour. And I must also thank the great team at the Concierge Desk. Mohammed and the others at the desk have been brilliant. They organised trips for us to Alexandria, Luxor, Giza, and local restaurants without fuss and every detail was perfect. And I should mention the great food in the dining restaurants at night, the cleanliness of our rooms, the sweets served by Gehid 'GiGi' on the ground floor, drinks on the rooftop by the pool everything here is just right for the traveler. Everyone here is a credit to the hotel and the Egyptian people. Thank you all and we hope to come back again one day. If not, you are all welcome to stay in our house in Australia! Regards Paul and Margaret Dennis from Australia.

The hotel is beautiful and the customer service is wonderful! We had a nice view of the Nile River from our balcony. It’s very noisy outside so we didn’t enjoy our balcony much, but the room was sound proofed well because once we closed the sliding door we couldn’t hear any of the noise. The bathroom was clean and the bed was a little more on the firm side but still very comfortable for us. The breakfast was amazing! A full buffet with a chef to prepare omelettes, waffles, etc. Multiple options to choose from including gluten free. The food from in room private dining was also good even though the burger never came with the egg or bacon mentioned in the menu. The ATMs on site were able to process our foreign currency exchange which was convenient.

We stayed in the madina suite which was Beautifully done up and spacious and clean. The Nile view from the rooftop was beautiful too. The breakfast was fabulous, delicious and with a lot of variety. The staff was helpful at all times, especially the concierge who arranged for our visits to the Cairo museum and Giza. The guide for the tours was Mr Ahmed who was really knowledgeable and answered all our curious questions patiently. All in all good stay 😊😊

The hotel was really in the middle of the action! We had a nice view of the Nile and the traffic below, which I did not mind. My wife had an episode of gastritis/food poisoning, and I contacted the front desk for assistance. Even though it was 2 in the morning, the were able to contact a pharmacist, who came to the room within 15 minutes and had medication to assist with nausea and vomiting. I was very impressed with that level of service.

The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. Especially Miss HEBA and Mr. SALEH from floor 9, who cleaned our room. Also, Miss MENNA, from breakfast restaurant. The breakfast was delicious and diverse. MR. EMAD AND MOHAMED ABDULLAH from floor 7. Can't thank you enough for this hospitality. The hotel location is great and close to the main tourist attractions. Great facilities in the room. The recipients were so fast and professional.
